Christina is an experienced coach, mediator, and organizational specialist. She has nearly two decades of executive level management experience, including strategic planning, board management, project management, operations, and human resources management. She has worked with a range of individuals from diverse backgrounds and at different points in their careers. She also has a depth of experience in working with small, medium, and large organizations navigating leadership change, reorganization, and otherwise addressing strategic priorities.
Her work in conflict resolution includes mediating workplace and community disputes, and she facilitates multi-stakeholder meetings ranging from public policy issues to board development and planning. She also has experience as an entrepreneur and welcomes clients just starting out in building their future business selves.
