Hi, I’m Christina.
Some people jokingly call me their work therapist. I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. I help people do their best work, move through life's biggest transitions, and get clear on what actually matters, from senior executives navigating a reorg to new parents redefining who they are. Before coaching, I spent nearly 20 years in operational leadership roles, building high-performing teams inside organizations of every size.
My Approach
Collaborative
Coaching is a co-creative process. My role as a coach is to act as a supportive ally, help you identify obstacles, and encourage you to develop new skills and capacities based on your goals and values. As a partner in the coaching relationship, I accompany you as you explore your options.
Integrated and Balanced
Every domain of our lives is embedded in our decision making, whether we are changing jobs, establishing healthy routines, navigating relationships, relocating, or exploring our spirituality. The integral model is inclusive and expansive, bringing the whole person into each session.
Who I Work With
Leaders & Executives
You're good at what you do, maybe the best in the room, but something at work isn't working. Managing up, leading through change, navigating a reorg, having the conversation you've been avoiding, finding your footing in a bigger role. I bring the same rigor to executive engagements that I brought to nearly two decades in operational leadership.
Anyone Navigating a Career Moment
Becoming a parent. Retirement. A health diagnosis. A move. A loss. The moments that reorganize everything else. This is some of the work I find most meaningful: helping someone find solid ground when the ground itself is shifting.

Seekers of Meaning, Values & Purpose
You're doing well by every outside measure and still asking: is this actually the life I want? What matters most to me, and am I living in a way that reflects it? This question sits at the center of a lot of my favorite coaching relationships, whether someone is 28 or 68.
Neurodiverse Clients
My practice is neuro-affirming, and a meaningful share of my clients are neurodivergent, many with ADHD. That comes from years of client experience, lived experience, graduate research on neurodiversity, and ongoing study of neuro-affirming coaching practices, not a one-size-fits-all model of focus or motivation.
What Clients are Saying
Krystal
Healthcare Leader
"I highly recommend Christina! She worked with me during a time I was feeling really overwhelmed and stressed out, and not sure how to make things better. I was amazed at how quickly we were able to move to the heart of the matter, and the insights I gained from the coaching are still helpful to me today. Through thoughtful questions and gentle prodding, she helped me determine what I needed to do. I really appreciated that she offered a combination of supportive brainstorming and just the right amount of checking in to make sure I followed through on action steps. " Emily

"Working with Christina was transformative. She has a rare gift for being both deeply reflective and quietly challenging, asking the right questions instead of handing me answers. Her honesty and insight gave me the clarity I needed to move into a job I genuinely love. I'll always be grateful."Keith

"After decades of defining myself by my career, I wasn't prepared for how disorienting retirement would feel. Christina helped me navigate that shift with so much clarity and care. She didn't just help me fill my time; she helped me rediscover what actually matters to me now. Thanks to her guidance, I've stepped into this next chapter with purpose instead of uncertainty. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in this transition."Lori
Finance Executive
"Christina is an outstanding coach, and I greatly benefited from our sessions together! She is a true professional, making great use of our time by always being well prepared for every session, picking up where we left off but also recalling comments that I made in sessions months earlier. She is an outstanding listener - listening not only for what I say, but what I'm not saying. She asks thoughtful, probing questions that encourage reflection on all aspects of an issue. Christina has a high EQ and an innate ability to connect with people. Working with Christina was a tremendous experience for me!"Liz

"Christina brings the effective one-two punch of being extremely knowledgeable and frank while also delivering compassion and support throughout what can be deep and difficult processes. Names like Yoda and Gandalf come to mind!"Maria

"I was running on empty when I started working with Christina, and I didn't even fully realize how depleted I was until she helped me see it. She never rushed me toward solutions; instead, she helped me understand what had gotten me there in the first place. Session by session, she helped me rebuild not just my energy, but my sense of what sustainable success actually looks like. I left coaching with real boundaries and a plan I could actually live with."Martha

"I had the pleasure of working with Christina as a coach when I was in need of some guidance in my life. I was feeling a little lost and needed someone objective, insightful, energetic, and creative to guide me through. Christina was just what I needed. She was able to quickly and efficiently help me identify the issues holding me back and guide me in developing a concrete, realistic plan that fit into my everyday life. I am so grateful to have had that experience with Christina and continue to use the tools she taught me. I won't hesitate to work with her again in the future."

"Becoming a parent turned my world upside down, and I didn't expect how much I'd need support just to feel like myself again. Christina met me exactly where I was, without judgment, and helped me figure out how to hold onto my own identity while embracing this huge new role. She asked the questions I didn't know I needed to answer. I came away from our work together feeling grounded, capable, and so much more confident in this new chapter."
